Requirements:
· Candidate will be doing insurance verification, collections for a Homecare/Hospice Division
· Making calls to patients and clients with bad debt (these are not fun calls, and this candidate needs to be comfortable doing this)
· Attention to detail
· Customer Service skills/great phone presence is needed
· 1-2 years experience required
